Registration for PORCH (Ponderosa Ongoing Research and Creative Happenings) is now live. This is a program that offers immersive collective study and practice for dance, performance, and dance adjacent artists who like to move, at Ponderosa Tanzland, in the German countryside outside of Berlin. This year as part of PORCH, I am teaching MOVING WRITING with Mayfield Brooks and Kevin Lo, as well as a PERFORMANCE MAKING WEEK with Layton Lachmann, which focusses on score making as a tactic of choreography and culminates in a public sharing of work. The THREE WEEK IMMERSION Program will feature teaching by Mayfield Brooks, Maria Scaroni, Sherwood Chen, Layton Lachmann, Stephanie Maher, Kevin Lo, and ainsley tharp, and myself.
